Redmi Note 10T 5G Is Coming to the Subcontinent

Following the recent launch of Poco M3 Pro 5G in India, it is known as the rebranding of Redmi Note 10 5G.

Now, Xiaomi is coming up with a new rebranding of the same device for the subcontinent. The device will be called Redmi Note 10T 5G.

If you are wondering why add a letter and not just throw this phone like the Redmi Note 10? Here is what the possible reason might be.

That doesn’t make a lot of sense in and of itself as the Poco M3 Pro 5G is already in the market, it is exactly the same phone, except the back design is different.

Redmi Note 10T 5G Overview

Starting with the overview of the phone, the upcoming Redmi Note 10T 5G has a 6.5 inch LCD screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate.

It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset inside, and 4/6 GB RAM, 64/128 GB of expandable storage. For cameras, a triple rear camera setup with a 48 MP main sensor and a pair of 2 MP decorative cameras (depth and macro), an 8 MP selfie snapper.

In addition, it consists of a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a connector for 5 mm headphones, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W.

In hindsight, these are the exact specs of both the Redmi Note 10 5G and the Poco M3 Pro 5G. It’s been a while since we’ve seen the logic in Xiaomi’s phone naming scheme and rebranding strategy over time, all of this makes less sense.

Regardless of this, the Redmi Note 10T 5G is offered in green, blue, silver, and gray.

Availability and Price In Nepal (Expected)

It should be out soon as the brand is already poking fun at it on Amazon, calling it “fast and futuristic” as you can see in the banner.

In fact, this is how the name Redmi Note 10T 5G was discovered because of the image URL. However, the information that it is nothing more than a renamed Redmi Note 10 5G / Poco M3 Pro 5G is not from a reputed Source.

Besides that, no information regarding its price and availability is disclosed, so customers from Nepal might have to wait for their chance. But it is estimated to come around Rs 20,000+ in Nepal.
